Mr. Grady Wicker, age 89, passed away early Tuesday, April 15, 2025 in Parsons. He was born February 11, 1936 in Morris Chapel, Tennessee to the late Evan Lee and Irene Brasher Wicker. He was an U.S. Army Veteran, serving in the Korean War, retired from Magne-Tek, and loved gardening. He was always a hard worker and always feeding animals.
Survivors include his step-son, Kenny Perkins (Nancy); two daughters, Cherie Wicker and Mary Fox; and his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two wives, Jettie Stephens Wicker in 1998 and Virginia Clenney Wicker in 2023; his son, Junior Wicker; a daughter, Rebecca Wicker; and three brothers, Mack Wicker, Billy Edward Wicker, and Thomas Lee Wicker.
Graveside services are scheduled for 3 PM, Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Scotts Hill Methodist Cemetery.
