Gradie Lee Barton, age 89, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, former employee of Buckner-Pittner, retired from Lawrence County School Bus Garage, a member of the American Legion, and of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Barton served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sampson Dewey and Lora Alice Phillips Barton; three brothers, Roy Barton, Arthur Barton, and Joe Barton; and two sisters, Margie Dean Barton and Arlene Stockard.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 24, 2015, with Larry Spears officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
