Gracie Odell Gentle, age 92, of Huntsville, died on Thursday December 18, 2014.
Mrs. Gentle is preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Gentle; and 5 brothers, Charlie, Esarl, Harvey, Artis, and Buford Ray Byrd.
Mrs. Gentle is survived by her daughter, Faynell Eakes and husband James of Huntsville; her sister, Emma Sneed and husband Jimmy of Gurley; her grandsons, Charles Eakes and wife Angie, and Carl Eakes; 2 Great Granddaughters; and 4 Great-great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Sunday December 21, 2014 at 2pm in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with Pastor Rick Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Green Valley Cemetery.
