Grace S. James Bragwell, age 89, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015. Visitation will be Saturday, January 02, 2015 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Tom Whatley and Brother Gary Dan Williams will be officiating. Mrs. Bragwell retired from Reynolds Metals after 32 years of service, and was a member of Woodward Avenue Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Billy James and Carl Bragwell; parents, Reno Smith and Edith Smith Givens; and sister, Helen Berryman.
Survivors are sisters, Dean Greene and Alline Williams (Jack); nephews, Larry Greene (Pat), and Jackie Williams (Marian); and nieces, Peggy Ayers (Hampton), Shannon King, and Gala Schartzer (Tyler).
Special thanks to the nurses and staff of Cottage of the Shoals and special cousin Susan Simmons for their loving care shown to Grace.
Pallbearers are Jackie, Gary Dan, Jeff, Brad, Randall, and Levi.
