Funeral for Glisten Proctor, 21, of Decatur will be Monday, January 10, 2022, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Ms. Proctor, who died Tuesday, December 28, 2021, was born, March 20, 2000, to Chris Proctor and Jennifer Keenum .
