Mr. Glispia Joe Bevis, 90, of Florence passed away quietly in his sleep on January 1.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 6 at 10:00 AM with the service following at Noon at Elkins Funeral Home.
Mr. Bevis had a 52-year sales career with Paper and Chemical Supply Company. He served in the US Navy and US Army. He was a graduate of Central High School (1945) and Larimore Business College.
Mr. Bevis was the husband of the late Billie Grisham Bevis. He is survived by daughter, Patricia Mears (William), son, Joel Bevis (Lisa), three grandsons, two granddaughters and three great grandchildren.
