  Glen H. Gray Profile PhotoGlen Henry Gray passed away February 5, 2024 at Hardin Medical Center after a long illness, with family and friends surrounding him.

He was born in McNairy County, December 13, 1943, the son of the late Gavin Taft Gray and Coleta Wilkins Broadwell.

He attended Adamsville schools and graduated in 1961 from Adamsville High School. He then attended Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee

Glen worked as an entrepreneur. He was a member of East End United Methodist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. He enjoyed playing chess, watching the Tennessee Lady Vols play basketball when Pat Summit coached for them, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren, watching them play sports and perform.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Pat Delaney Gray; children, Greg Gray, Chasity Timberman, Brandon Gray (Emily), and Brittni Gray Haggard; grandchildren, Delaney Timberman, Chancy Gray Battaglia, Skylar Gray, Jon Canton Gray, Layla Carroll, Joe Taft Carroll; and sister, Patty Broadwell Lowery.

Mr. Gray was preceded in death by his beloved son, Jon Chadwick Gray, parents, Gavin Taft Gray and Coleta Wilkins Gray; brothers, Jerry Eugene Tucker, Sr., and Stevie Broadwell; great grandson, CJ Gates; and grandparents, H.H. and Mirtie Wilkins and Henry Gray.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Darryl Worley Cancer Center or the Adamsville Football Program.
