Graveside service for Gladys Reeves Grimes, 97, of Town Creek will be Saturday, November 10th. at 11:00 at Elmwood Cemetery with Jackson Memory Funeral Home directing.. There will be a visitation 30 minutes prior to the service from 10:00-10:30 at the funeral home. Mrs. Grimes passed away Wednesday, November 7th. 2012 at Lauderedale Christian Nursing Home in Killen, AL. She was a member of River Road Church of Christ. She was a dedicated christian.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Floyd Grimes, her mother; Carrie Reeves, a daughter; Ruth Marthaler, a son; Floyd Grimes Jr., a granddaughter; Beth Ann Marthaler,a sister Vada Reeves, a grandson; Floyd Grimes III and 1 great-great grandson.
She is survived by her son-in-law; Rufus Marthaler, a grandson; Rufus B. Marthaler Jr. (Vicky) and 1 great grandson; Rufus B. Marthaler III (Amber).
