Gladys Phillips, age 73, of Loretto, TN passed away Monday, June 06, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a homemaker and a Christian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos and Edna Belew Whitley; her husband, Delmar Phillips, Sr.; one brother, Markus Ray Whitley; and two sisters, Debbie Ann Whitley and Jo Ann Higdon.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, June 08, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Thursday, June 09, 2016, with Ian McAnally officiating. Interment will follow at Leoma Cemetery in Leoma, TN
