Gladys Crosswhite Slaton, 97, formerly of Leighton, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral will be noon Tuesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
