Ginger Ilene Avery, age 56, Hamilton passed away September 18, 2023, at Bookwood Medical Center.
She was born in Hamilton, Alabama on Sunday, August 13, 1967, to Obie McCarley and Rosey Mae (Jones) McCarley.
She was proceeded in death by her daughter, Carly Avery; parents, Obie and Rosey McCarley; sister, Geneva McCarley.
She is survived by her husband, Dwayne Avery; son Devon Avery (wife, Jayci); sister, Gloria Armstrong (husband, Larry); aunt, Alpha Faye Valdrow; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation services will be from 6-8 Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Burleson Church of Christ. The funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, September 21,2023 with Bro. Todd Clippard officiating. The interment will be at Bethlehem Cemetery.
