It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Gina Faye Whitlow.
Gina was born on July 17, 1968 to Harold and Hilda Nethery. She is preceded in death by her Father, Harold and grandparents.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Keith Whitlow. Her son, Anthony (Jessica) Clark. Daughters, Crystal (Jonathan). Grandchildren, Braxton, Madison, Natalie, Hera, Abigail & Jagger. Mother, Hilda Nethery, Brother, Vince (Claudia) Nethery several nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts, great nieces and nephews and all who were blessed to know her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and a reminder to live life boldly and fully.
Gina had many adventures in her life. Among those was knowledge. She possessed degrees and certificates in welding, cosmetologist and criminal justice. She worked many years as a boiler maker.
Gina was devoted to her family. She was a loving mother, a proud grandmother, and the heart of countless cherished moments. She was always there whenever she was needed whether it was help with a recipe or a listening ear. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest adventure and her deepest joy. She had a way of making each person feel seen, loved, and important, a rare and beautiful gift that will live on in all who knew her.
She will be remembered for her free spirit, her strength, her laughter, and the way she embraced life with open arms. Though she may have wandered far in life, she always carried her family with her. In return, she will forever remain in their hearts.
