FLORENCE-The Smoke on the Water Festival is more than just a BBQ cook-off. It is an event for the entire family! This year’s event will be held April 27 at McFarland Park from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
The website for cook teams sign-up is live! If you or someone you know, is interested in becoming a Food Vendor or other vendor at the contest and festival, please send us your information here and we will be in touch. The event this year will be on April 27th at McFarland Park.
The Festival is a project of the Rotary Club of Florence and the Greater Shoals Rotary Club, benefits Shoals Scholar Dollars, and is sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society and the Alabama Barbeque Association.
