Ms. Gertrude Gaynell Coby, 85, of Albertville, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022. A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 03, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 04, 2023 at 11:00 am, with Brother Matt Coby officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery of Albertville.
Ms. Coby is survived by her daughter Susan Cornelius; son Kenny Presley (Janice); grandchildren Jason Presley, Cody Cornelius, BJ Cornelius, Katie Hammonds, and Brittany Cornelius; 10 great grandchildren; sisters Janet Woodham, Linda Grindle (Kenneth), and Jennifer Snider (Harold); and brother John Coby.
She was preceded in death by her parents RM and Gertrude Coby; 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
Pallbearers will include BJ Cornelius, Cody Cornelius, Jason Presley, Steven Grindle, Todd McKinney, and Shannon Day.
