Mr. Gerald Lucian Cofield, of Albertville, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, September 8, 2021. He was 69 years old. Visitation was held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at Adams Brown Funeral Home. Funeral services followed at 2:00 in the chapel. Interment was in Hill Crest Cemetery in Boaz. Serving as pallbearers were Justin Staler, Jacob Simmons, Bailey Simmons, Caleb Sims, Taylor Sims and Jonathan Johnson.
Mr. Cofield is survived by his brother and sister in law, Billy Ted (Judy) Cofield; very special nieces, Angie (Anthony) Stapler, Millie (Jeff) Sims, Jessica (Tim) Simmons and several other nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cofield is preceded in death by his parents, L.R. and Gladys Cofield; sisters, Melba Denney and Mary Cofield; brothers, G.W. Cofield, Brent Cofield, James Cofield and Charlie Cofield.
