Georgia Smith, age 91, of Loretto, Tenn., passed away Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013, at Crockett Hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Lawrence County, Tenn., a homemaker and a member of Antioch United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel today at 1 p.m. Steve Vanhooser will be officiating. Burial will follow in Freemon Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Survivors are
two daughters, Jennie Brown and husband, Milton, Loretto, Tenn., and
Tracy Lynn Smith Simpson and husband, Greg, Ethridge, Tenn.;
one brother, Clyde Rippy, Maryland
two sisters, Carlene Morris, Fayetteville, Ga., and Freda Fox, Bradington, Fla.;
four grandchildren;
eight great-grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
