Private Graveside Service for George Thomas Wood, age 76, of Cullman, will be at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Wood passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020, at his residence. He was born August 2, 1943, to the late Morris Porter and Marion Virginia Wood.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Wood; daughter, Julie Wood (Scott) Austin; and granddaughters, Rachel Austin, Hannah Austin, and Lydia Austin.
Due to the unusual circumstances, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
