George Kenneth Rasley, Sr., 90, of Brownsboro, passed away Wednesday. Mr. Rasley was a longtime resident of Indianapolis, and had been a resident of Brownsboro for 11 years. He was a member of Whitesburg Baptist Church.
Mr. Rasley was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the 11th Airborne during World War II, and the Army Corps of Engineers during the Korean War. He received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from St. Francis.
Survivors include his wife, C. Dale Rasley; sons, Jeffrey Rasley and George Kenneth Rasley, Jr.; grandchildren, Heather, J.J., and Andy; stepson, Kenneth Gregory Bennett; step-grandson, Lucas; and sister, Martha Hudson.
Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 17 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will immediately follow in the chapel with the Rev. Chad Hallcox officiating.
