George Hyland Ross, age 79, of Franklin, TN passed away May 30, 2018. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Nannie Ross; brothers, Jessie, Charlie and J.B. Ross; sister, Sarah Frances Sanders. Survived by his loving wife, Nancy Ross, sons; George (Christy) Ross, Jr. and James Edward (Emily) Ross; brothers, Kelly Mayfield (Louise) Ross and Vester (Mary) Ross; sister, Nellie Wilson; grandchildren, Colby Ross, Kennedy Ross and Katherine Dale “Sister Girl” Ross. Funeral Services will be conducted 10:00AM Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Matt Ross, Mark Ross, Gary Ross, Colby Ross, Kennedy Ross and Tony Nalls. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
