George Hoyt Senkbeil, age 98, of Russellville, AL, passed away April 6, 2025, at Burns Nursing Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, AL, from 12:00-2:00 PM with the service following at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Brother Jason Thorn will be officiating. Interment will be at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell, AL.
Hoyt was born February 1, 2027, in Phil Campbell, AL. He retired from Local 366. He was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church in Phil Campbell, AL.
He is survived by his daughter, VIckey Horton (Mike); one grandson, Brad Horton (Laura); one great grandson, Case Horton; one great granddaughter, Hadley Kate Horton; two brothers, J. Foy Senkbeil and Bobby Senkbeil; one sister, Ann Cochran; along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Faye Senkbeil; parents, Will & Ida Senkbeil; sisters, Opal Adams, Geraldine Pennington, and Betty Prince.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
