Mr. George Donald Austin Sr., age 86 of Brownsboro, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023 at his home.
He is survived by his Son, Don Austin; Daughter, Ann Marie (Brad) Duvall; and Granddaughter, Katie Duvall.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bennie Austin; Son, Donald Curtis Austin; Parents, George and Alma Austin; Sister, Christbell Austin; Brothers, William G. and Jessie W. Austin.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 18th at the Old Sardis Cemetery. Burial will follow in the Old Sardis Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 18th at the Scottsboro Funeral Home.
