Graveside service for Geoffrey Monroe “Geoff” McKean, age 61, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, February 10, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Rev. Earl Holt officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home prior to service. Mr. McKean, who died Monday, February 8, 2021, at his residence, was born January 3, 1960, in Daytona, FL. He was employed by Goodyear. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa McKean, and his mother, Willie McKean. He is survived by two sons, Brandon Monroe McKean of Falkville, and Jake Riley McKean (Jessica) of Decatur; three stepdaughters, Amanda Rikard (Jason) of Decatur, Alisha Singley of Decatur, and Stacey Lynn Thomas (David) of Pace FL; and six grandchildren, Ryleigh McKean, Ava McKean, Braylen McKean, Jace McKean, Kaydeum Baggett, and Jagger McKean. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
