Geneva Scott, age 82, of Gattman, MS passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014 at her residence. Funeral arrangements are 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday July 7, 2014 from 6:00 P. M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Bro. Glenn Hughes and Bro. Robert Fowlkes officiating.
Geneva was born September 25, 1931 in Sumiton, AL to the late Thomas Wilson and Ila Love Camp Jenkins. She was a seamstress for the Garment Industry and had previously worked for Gattman Sportswear. Geneva was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist, and a member of the Gattman Homemakers Club. She enjoyed playing guitar and singing and word seek puzzles.
