Obituary of Geneva B. CulverGeneva Culver, 97, of Corinth, Mississippi went to rest in her eternal home on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Landmark Nursing and Rehab Center in Booneville, Mississippi. Geneva was born March 27, 1928 to the late John and Icer Sullivan Brookman.

Ms. Culver was a member of First Baptist Church in Corinth, Mississippi. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and gospel music. Even after moving into the nursing home she still watched her ministry on the television. Ms. Culver was married to her husband, Herman Culver for seventy-seven years.

She was welcomed home by her parents; husband, Herman Culver; son, Eddie Culver; and seven siblings.

Geneva leaves behind her legacy; daughter, Beverly Marolt (Bobby); grandchildren, Mitch Marolt (Kallie) and Caleb Marolt (Nikki); great grandchildren, Clay Marolt, Shelby Marolt, and Sadie Marolt; and a host of extended family and friends.

There is a Celebration of Life Service scheduled in her honor, for Thursday, July 3, 2025 beginning at three o’clock in the afternoon at McPeters Funeral Directors in Corinth, Mississippi, with Bro. Josh Westmoreland officiating. The family will accept friends beginning at two o’clock in the afternoon until service time. Internment will be at Valley of the Dogwood Cemetery in Corinth.
