Genette Payne Barrett died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013. Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. today at New Bethel Baptist Church, Belmont. The funeral will be 3 p.m. today at the church, with burial in New Bethel Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, is directing. She was an employee of Blue Bell and Mid-South Drapery.
