Geanna Mauree Embrey, 91, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at NMMC, Tupelo, MS.  She was born in Tishomingo County, MS to Delmer and Pearl Smith Beam.  She was retired from Golden Manufacturing after 24 years and was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.

A private family service will be held.  Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by three daughters-Sue Johnson, Willa Mitchell (Stanley) and Debra Franks (Andy); one son-Eugene Embrey (Stephanie) all of Golden; five grandchildren-Susan Monroe (Scotty), Clint Johnson, April Crum (Donald), Scottie Mitchell and Sheena Wood (Joey); six great-grandchildren-Hayden Monroe (Katylin), Cassie Monroe, Courtney Sparks (Austin), Brody Crum, Chynne Wood and Ana Wood; one great-great granddaughter-Lucy Sparks.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband-Willis Embrey; two sisters-June Embrey and Geraldine Beam; six brothers-Vuin, Bill O., Lawford, Larry, Leburn and Leonard Beam and a son-in-law-Dan Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Tony Embrey, Jody Embrey, Justin Embrey, Clint Johnson, Scottie Mitchell and Hayden Monroe.  Honorary pallbearers will be Brody Crum, Austin Sparks, Joey Wood and Scotty Monroe.
