Funeral service for Gaynell McCrary McClanahan, 75, will be Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Ollie officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home
Mrs. McClanahan died on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at her residence. She was born Wednesday, April 2, 1947, in Madison County to William Harvey McCrary and Mary Louise Elmore McCrary. She was a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker for her family. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Preceded her in death were her husband: Sidney McClanahan, her parents William H. and Mary Louise Elmore McCrary, brothers: Ronnie F. McCrary and Donald G. McCrary and a son: David A. Ikard.
