Gaynell Haas Hasty, 81, of Cartersville, GA, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021. She was born July 29, 1940 in Dekalb County, Alabama to the late Ollie Orvel Haas and Jimmie Sue Blevins Haas.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 until 6 p.m.
She is survived by her sons Glenn Hasty (Jan) and Gaylon Hasty (Cindy); sister Brenda Haas; grandchildren Chris Hasty (Tonia), Candace Hasty, Dustin Hasty (Chelsea), and Morgan Shaw (Blake); several great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews; and caregiver and niece Theda Goodridge.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Hasty and her parents.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
