Gayle Douglas Pugh, age 76, passed away December 26, 2023, at his home.
He was born in Milledgeville, TN December 15, 1947, son of the late R.C. and Carrie Nell Carter Pugh. He was a graduate of Chester County High School.
He worked at Grinnell in Henderson for 43 years retiring in 2007.
Gayle was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener. He loved his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Pugh; daughter, Jamie Hardin, husband Tommy, of Henderson; brother, Thomas Pugh of Henderson; and two sisters, Mary Smith, husband Glen, of Memphis and Scharlene Parrott, husband Tommy, of Corinth, MS.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Thursday December 28, 2023, at Milledgeville Cemetery with Glenn Harris officiating.
