Funeral services for Mrs. Gay Stanfill Roberts, age 90, are scheduled for 1 PM, Tuesday, September 15, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Dr. Hoyt Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Hare Cemetery. Mrs. Roberts passed away early Monday in Parsons. She was born July 22, 1925 in Henderson County to the late James Albert and Esta Mae Christopher Stanfill. She was secretary at First National Bank, a member of First Baptist Church in Lexington, and enjoyed playing the piano and organ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Thomas Roberts and her brother, James Giley Stanfill. Survivors include her son, Tom (Darlene) Roberts and two grandsons, James Christopher and Thomas Bradley Roberts.
