Gary Parker Rowe, age 70, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016. He was retired from the railroad, retired owner of Rowe Excavation and served in the Army National Guard, belonged to the Masonic Lodge and the Shrine.
Visitation will be Monday, October 3, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Greg Chappell officiating. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Rowe is survived by his wife, Melissa “Rose” Rowe; children, Roger Rowe, Greg Rowe, Brandie Jenkins, Candie Kelley & Connie Hallmark; brother, Gene Rowe; grandchildren, Trent Brannon, Chloe’ Rae Sanders, Rian Page Kelley, Jayleigh Beth Kelley & Finley Lane Rowe; and great grandchild, Anna Leigh Brannon.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Eleanor Rowe; sister, Helen Bailey; and brother, Bill Rowe.
