Gary Ferris, 61, of Lacey’s Spring, passed away Saturday. Gary was a proud serviceman in the U.S. Marines as well as the Coast Guard. His first love was his Lord and Savior, and the family he was blessed with. He was a wonderful husband, and the epitome of a good father. He volunteered for Bama Bully and New Leash on Life, and was a member of the North Alabama Mopars. He served as deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly; children, Christopher and wife, Valerie, Krystal and husband, Michael, Christiana, and Kalie; along with grandchildren, Margaux and Dakota Lee.
The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
