Gary “Dooley” Roy Hall, 82, of Leighton, AL died on Thursday, January 5, 2023 surrounded by his daughter, Kayla. Visitation will be Monday, January 9, 2023 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Pastor Tony Collins will be officiating. Burial will be in Old Bethel Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Mary Hall; daughters, Terry Renee Staggs; brothers, Terry Ray Hall, Rubin Hall, Paul Hall, David Hall, Richard Hall, Fred Hall, Elmer Hall, Harley Hall and James Hall; sister’s, Maxine Hall, and Brenda Hall.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Lee Kooker Hall; daughters, Kayla Belle Hall (John Mark Sheffield) of Tuscumbia and Tracy Borden (Brent) of Sheffield, AL; stepson, Michael Gordon (Lee) of Cabot, AR; brother, Clayton Hall; sisters, Carrie Jean Saint and Lucille Hall Hooper; grandchildren, John Peden, Josh Borden, and Ashley Borden; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
