Gary Don Bivens, age 59, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Dura Automotive, and a member of Salem Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Jean Brown Bivens.
He is survived by wife, Erin Bivens of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sons, Corey Bivens (Kayla) of Westpoint, TN and Blake Bivens (Melissa) of St. Joseph, TN; his father, Charles Bivens of Westpoint, TN; one brother, Roger Bivens (Sherry) of Summertown, TN; one sister, Tracy Angus (David) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and five grandchildren, Parker Bivens, Analeigha Bivens, Karcen Bivens, Anzley Bivens, and Briar Bivens.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 17, 2019. Interment will follow at OK Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
