Gale “Ike” Richard Ernsberger, Sr., 87, of Huntsville, passed away Monday. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Richard Ernsberger and Clino Gale Ernsberger; and brother, Dale D. Ernsberger.
Mr. Ernsberger worked for the Army Missile Command, and then for 35 years at NASA as an aerospace engineer.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Betty Ann Ernsberger; children, Gale Richard Ernsberger, Jr., Deborah Ann Milling, and Margaret Ellen Ernsberger; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The service will follow in the chapel with Dr. Larry Inman officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
