Gail Brock Denson Graves, age 90, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL passed away Monday, February 10, 2025, at Hospice of Palm Beach County in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a homemaker for 20 years and then worked alongside her husband and her sons in the family business, Home Town Decorating in Hopkinsville, KY until her retirement. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church, a member of Beta Sigma Phi for over 50 years, a member of the Red Hat Society, and a member of United Methodist Women.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jewel Roosevelt and Calera Brock Denson; her husband, Bill Graves; two sons, Joe Graves and Brett Graves; and one daughter, Lea Carol Graves Gabel.
She is survived by one daughter, Pat Bishop (Brad) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; two daughters-in-law, Karen Graves of Hopkinsville, KY and Peggy Graves of Clarksville, TN; one son-in-law, Richard Gabel of Denver, CO; four grandchildren, B. J. Graves of Clarksville, TN, Scott Michael Graves (Karleigh) of Clarksville, TN, Kayleigh Graves of Hopkinsville, KY, and Karalynn Graves of Babcock, FL; three great-grandchildren, Bretleigh Graves, Piper Graves, and Eliza Graves, all of Clarksville, TN; numerous nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 15, 2025, where she will be celebrated by her family. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.
