Fronia Estelle Warhurst, 94, Tuscumbia, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 12, at Mt. Springs Cemetery, Cherokee, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Chip Henley will officiate.
Fronia was a retired social worker who loved helping people. She especially enjoyed sitting with and assisting the elderly. Fronia attended South Highland Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Warhurst and wife, Melinda; parents, Jimmy and Rutha McCullough; and her eight siblings.
Fronia is survived by her children, Tommy Warhurst (Cala), Mike Warhurst (Cheryl), Sandra Bowers, and Brandy Tidwell (Jamie); grandchildren, Mason and Natalie Tidwell, Steven Warhurst, Tommy and Daniel Warhurst, April White, Conner Warhurst, and Stormy Todd; and many great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Warhurst, Thomas Warhurst, Mason Tidwell, Conner, Warhurst, Steven Warhurst, and Jamie Tidwell.
