Fredrick Lynn Johnston, 69, of Huntsville, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021. Lynn loved western movies, car racing, history and Alabama football. He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Johnston and parents, Fredrick and Allene Johnston.
Survivors include daughter, Sonia Rutledge; son, Kenny Rutledge (Teresa); grandchildren, Billy Rutledge-Nunley and Leah Fields; great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Nathan Moore; his dog, Rex; aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Friday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
