Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 16, 2022 at the Zion Progress Missionary Baptist Church (739 Oscar Patterson Rd, Huntsville, AL 35811) with Reverend Hernandez Ford officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Parks will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2022 and 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 16, 2022 at the Royal Funeral Home.
