Freddie Houston Kelley, age 78 of Winchester, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021 at his residence. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on January 30, 1943 to the late Floyd and Edna Moore Kelley. Freddie served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Before his retirement, he had been employed at Rock-Tenn Manufacturing. Freddie enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle in his spare time. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Louise Foster. Freddie is survived by his siblings, David Kelley of Estill Springs, Patricia Kelley (Danny) Boyett of Estill Springs, and Joyce (Jim) Money of New Market, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
