Freda Ann Coleman, age 77 of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, died Thursday, October 28, 2021 at St. Thomas Rutherford.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 11:00AM on Monday, November 1st, with Bro. Johnny Trail officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00PM in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville with her grandsons, Sloan and Peyton Branam, and Matthew, Nathan, and Noah Trail serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 31st from 2:00PM until 6:00PM and again on Monday from 10:00AM until the hour of service at 11:00AM.
Mrs. Coleman was born on November 29th, 1943 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Grover & Mary Holler Cavender. She was a Homemaker who was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, J.C. Cavender; and sister, Eleanor Read.
Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years, Tom Coleman; daughters, Chara (William “Bud”) Branam, Jada (Johnny) Trail, and Bree Coleman; grandchildren, Sloan, Peyton, and Rylee Branam, and Matthew, Nathan, and Noah Trail; and niece, Ginger Read.
