Fred Oliver, age 87, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Visitation will be Saturday May 28, 2016 at Colbert Memorial Chapel from 10:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m. with service to follow at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Richard McDonald will be officiating.
Mr. Oliver was preceded in death by his wife Emogene Oliver and his son Larry Oliver.
Survivors are daughter Jeanette Nichols, Fulton MS; brother Zollie “Butch” Oliver: grandchildren, Jason Nichols (Tabitha ) and Kristi Pate (Chris ); and 9 great grandchildren.
Mr. Oliver was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from Reynolds Alloys as a Machinist for over 30 years. He served in the Army in the Korean Conflict
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
