Franklin Leon Tidwell Sr., age 72 of Muscle Shoals, died Monday, January 4, 2016. Visitation will be Friday 12-2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. His funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Steve Pochop officiating.
Leon was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Barbara Tidwell Broad, grandson, Jonathan Hamm and brothers, Grover Lasko Tidwell and Eddie Wayne Tidwell.
He is survived by his sons; Leon Tidwell Jr.(Cindy), Ted Tidwell, daughters; Tonya Borden (Charlie), Felicia Hunt, brothers; Monroe Tidwell and Joel Tidwell; sisters, Clementine Stodgell, Rita Montesi and Darlene Smith, grandchildren; Frankie and Katie Guzman, T. J, Trey, Taylor, Madison and Jackson Tidwell; two great-granddaughter and loving friend, Pat Harville.
