Franklin (Jamup) Lee Kelley, 81, of Iron City, TN, passes away February 24, 2017, at Glenwood Rehab Center. Mr. Franklin was retired from the Wayne County Road Department and a member of Rocky Ford Baptist Church.

Visitation for Mr. Kelley will be on Monday, February 27, 2017, from 5:00-8:00pm at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, February 28, at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jimmy McGee & Bro. Roger Creasy officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
