Franklin Dee Pulley, 83, died March 30, 2019. Visitation will be tonight from 5 to 9 and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Clifton. Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the church with burial in Prater’s Chapel Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Willie Sue “Tootie” Pulley. Shackelford Funeral Home directing.
