Frankie W. Sego Shafer, 81, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017. The service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pinehill Church of Christ, Waterloo, with burial in the church cemetery. Shackelford Funeral Directors, Savannah, Tennessee, is directing.
