Funeral for Frankie Thomas Parker, 49, of Hillsboro will be Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Maples officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Parker, who died Sunday, October 6, 2013, was born November 30, 1963, in Morgan County to Elbert and Pearlie Parker. He liked to fish and play with his grandkids. His father preceded him in death.
Survivors include one son, Philip Parker; one daughter, Robin Parker; his mother, Pearlie Parker; five brothers, Johnny Parker, Rickey Parker, Joey Parker, Jody Parker and Jerry Parker; two sisters, Charlotte Stafford and Joannie Johnson; and three grandchildren, Karli Parker, Karmyn Parker and Kolton Parker.
Pallbearers will be Shawnrie Osborn, Jeremy Parker, Jerry Parker, Jessie Walton, Skyler Parker and Joseph Anderson.
