Frankie was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on December 9, 1933, the daughter of the late Charlie Wilbur and Alta Mae Smith McClain. On March 9, 1955, she was united in marriage to Roy Worley, who preceded her in death on September 5, 1971. She later married Clarence Roy Young, who also preceded her in death. Frankie departed this life on November 22, 2019, at the age of 85 years, 11 months, and 13 days.

Frankie was a charter member at Pyburn Union Church. She is remembered as a sweet, hardworking woman that loved her family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her world. Gardening, canning, and cooking were some of her favorite hobbies.

Frankie is survived by her sons, Charles Phillip Worley and wife Darlene of Abingdon, Virginia, Mark Lee Worley and wife Linda of Kingsport, Tennessee, and Steven Ray Worley and wife Lisa of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Robbie Hanback of South Bend, Indiana and Lois Hudgens of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Larry McClain of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Melissa Worley, Michelle Brizendine and husband Kenny, Adrian Copas and husband Matthew, Mark Allen Worley, Kristy Coffee and husband Richie, Maegan Siders and husband Adam, Stephanie Worley, and Jessica Flynn and husband Chris; and great grandchildren, Hayward, Eli, Rachel, Brooke, Nathan, Emma, Genasis, Carson, Dalton, Isaiah, Binjamyn, Granville, Shelby, and LilyAnn.

In addition to her husbands and parents, Frankie was preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy Godwin, Mable Jennings, Wilma Austin, Douglas McClain, and Harvey Joe McClain.
