Frankie E. Emerson, 67, born in Red Bay, Alabama passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Frank had a lifetime career in the printing industry and retired from R. R. Donnely in 2017. He was a sports enthusiast for his Chicago teams and enjoyed weekend adventures with his wife. A man of few words, he was devoted to his family. Frank, a dedicated father, supported his children in all of their activities. He was their biggest fan. If he wasn’t coaching on the field, he was cheering from the stands.
Graveside services will be Sunday, August 1, 2 p.m. at Ebenezer Cemetery, Vina, Alabama. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years – Teresa Emerson; two children – Tonya and Shawn as well as many other loving family members including his beloved pets.
