A Celebration of Life service for Frank Winters, 78 of Adamsville, TN, will be Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 2:00 P M at Center Hill Baptist Church with interment to follow at Center Hill Cemetery. Masks and social distancing will be required. Bro. Keith Driskell will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 12:30 P M until service time at Center Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Winters passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at his residence in Adamsville TN. He was born October 9, 1941 in Alcorn County, MS to William Franklin Winters and Mamie Lucille Willis Winters. He was a riverboat captain. Frank is survived by his children, Katreina Winters of Adamsville, TN, Kem Winters (Lee) of Adamsville, TN, Konda Winters (Dennis Kelly) of Scotts Hill, TN and Kevin Winters (Shantay) of Savannah, TN; six grandchildren, Brandy Tuberville, Jenifer Emerson (Justin), Courtney Ramizer (Carlos), Mark Brown, Hawke Winters and Sephia Winters; one step-grandchild, Kyle Kelly; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Willis Winters (Jeanette) of Counce, TN; one nephew and three nieces; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Kathy Winters; his father, Bill Winters; his mother, Lucille Willis Winters and his brother, William Earl Winters. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Frank Winters.
